Building Connection and Intimacy

An in-person course for married women with Mindy Noe, LCSW
Coming December 2026

There is so much we aren’t taught about intimacy. You may wonder why you’re not always in the mood, how to feel more comfortable, or how to talk with your spouse about what you need. You’re welcome here, wherever you’re starting from.

This intimacy course brings together sex education and practical marriage skills in a warm, thoughtful class for married women. We’ll make sense of these questions together. With clear explanations and practical ideas, you’ll get to know yourself better and explore ways to bring more ease, pleasure, and closeness into your marriage.

What we’ll talk about

  • Why desire can change, and how interest sometimes grows after you begin to connect.

  • What helps you feel relaxed and open to intimacy, and what gets in the way.

  • Getting to know the kinds of touch that feel comfortable and enjoyable to you.

  • Finding words to share your needs and listen to your spouse, with less pressure.

  • Small, everyday ways to make room for connection.

A place to learn and feel understood

This course is for married women who want to understand intimacy more deeply, whether you have questions, feel unsure, or simply want to build on the connection you already share. We’ll approach these topics with warmth and sensitivity to your religious values.

I’ll bring together research, clear teaching, handouts, and exercises you can try at home. The course offers education and practical tools; personal concerns can be explored separately in therapy.
